Serving Suggestions

Lorraine suggests serving this soup with a dollop of sour cream and a generous pinch of shredded 4 Mexican cheese. Plus, a handful of tortilla chips.

While this soup is a meal in itself, you can also serve it as a side. It’s great for a soup and sandwich combo at lunch. Or, of course, you can serve it as a soup course before any meal.

Another perk is you can make this soup using any leftover meat from making Turkey Burgers or Simple Burgers. So, no need to buy multiple ingredients for different camping meals or to let good meat go to waste!
