Easy S’mores Dip (Campfire, Grill, or Oven)
Make this family-style s’mores dip over a campfire, on a grill, or in your RV oven. And experiment with different dippers…
Jump to RecipeThough roasting s’mores is an iconic camping activity, you may not always have a campfire blazing when you crave s’mores. Not to mention those rainy days and wildfire regions where campfires are prohibited.
So, we decided to share a family-style smore’s recipe that you can cook in three ways. You can make this easy s’mores dip over the campfire, on the grill, or in your RV oven.
It uses the same ingredients as your traditional s’mores with just a touch of butter to coat your cast iron skillet. But as a dip, you’re more free to experiment with dippers!

Can You Reheat S’mores Dip?
Yes, you can reheat s’more dip with medium heat (~350°F) until it’s gooey again. However, s’mores dip is always best served fresh and eaten in one sitting.
If the portions of this recipe are too big for your party, you can always use a smaller skillet. Simply adjust down the amount of butter to coat the skillet and the chocolate chips to create a base layer.
What to Serve with S’mores Dip
Sure, graham crackers are a go-to, but you can also try various fruit, cookies, and pretzels. Yummm!

Easy S’mores Dip Recipe
Though you can use any chocolate chips, we highly recommend splurging on a higher-quality milk chocolate, like Ghirardelli. For just a couple extra dollars, it’ll taste better AND melt better.
